Frequently asked questions
What do I need to run AIOBilling?
A web host with PHP 7.4 or newer (8.x is best), MySQL 5.7 or MariaDB 10.3, and a domain or sub-domain pointed at the folder. Ordinary cPanel shared hosting is enough. For the automation you add one cron job that runs every 5 minutes.
How is it licensed?
Monthly plans are priced by the number of clients you hold, and the Business plan has four sizes. Or buy the Owned licence once, for unlimited clients and every premium plugin and theme. A licence is bound to your domain and is managed on the License Center.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Without a licence AIOBilling runs with 5 clients, enough to set up your products, gateways and automation and to place test orders. The live demo shows both areas without installing anything.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, all of it, with no encoding. It runs on your own hosting, and updates are included while your plan is active.
Can I move AIOBilling to another domain?
Yes. Release the licence on Setup > Licence of the old installation, install on the new domain and enter the same key. Then move the database and the uploads folder, or restore a backup.
Are plugins and themes included?
The payment gateways, registrars, provisioning modules and Fraud Guard are free and come with every licence. SMS & WhatsApp Notifications and the Nova and Lumen themes are premium: buy them one by one (the Business plans get a discount), or take the Owned licence, which includes them all.
Can you help me move from my old billing system?
There is no one-click importer. The Owned licence includes free installation on request, and the External API lets you load clients and products from your own scripts. Tell us what you run today on the support page and we will say what is possible.
