Fraud Guard

Runs when an order is placed and marks it Fraud with the reasons when it fails a rule: client country in your block list, disposable e-mail provider, IP country that differs from the address, too many orders from one IP in an hour, or a first order above your limit. Flagged orders are listed in the admin area.
