The AIOhPanel module builds hosting accounts on a server that runs AIOhPanel, the hosting control panel with a Host Manager (for the server owner) and a hosting panel (for each account). When an order is paid it creates the account, and later it suspends, unsuspends, changes the package and removes it, reads disk and bandwidth use, and gives a one-click sign-in to the hosting panel. It is a free provisioning module for hosting companies that run their servers on AIOhPanel. How services, servers and the service page work in general is in Services and servers.
Switching it on
- Setup → Addon Modules: AIOhPanel is built in. If it is off, press Activate.
- Setup → Servers → Add: make the server (below).
- Press Test Connection on the server form.
- Setup → Products / Services: open the product, tab Module Settings, choose AIOhPanel, pick the server group, fill in the product settings and save.
The server
On Setup → Servers → Add fill in:

AIOhPanel usually runs on a certificate it made for itself, so this module does not check the server's certificate. Only use it with servers you trust. The password and the token are stored encrypted.
Make the token in the Host Manager: Development → Manage API Tokens. A token acts as the user who owns it, so a reseller token sees only that reseller's accounts. If you restrict a token to certain addresses, allow your billing server's IP address.
Product settings
On the product's Module Settings tab:

What each command does
| Command | Effect on the server |

| Create | Makes the account with the service's username, domain and password, the client's e-mail and the package as its plan (and the reseller flag if ticked). The service needs a domain name and a user name; if the user name was empty it is made from the domain. |
| Suspend / Unsuspend | Suspends the account, with the reason you gave, or switches it back on. |
| Terminate | Removes the account. |
| Change Password | Sets a new password on the server. |
| Change Package | Moves the account to the package named in the product. |
| Login to Control Panel | A one-time sign-in link into the hosting panel (port 2083) for the account; if the server does not give one, the link opens the panel's sign-in page. |
| Usage | Once a day the cron reads disk use, disk limit and bandwidth of every account; the service page and the client's page show the bars. |
Typical workflow
- A client orders the product and pays. With Automatic Setup on payment (the default) the module runs Create.
- The account exists, the service turns Active and the welcome e-mail with the login details goes out.
- If the renewal invoice stays unpaid the cron suspends the service (Suspend), and unsuspends it when the invoice is paid. See Automation.
- When you end the service, Terminate removes the account.
Testing
Press Test Connection on the server form. A good answer reads Connected to AIOhPanel (version) (driver). Then order a test product with a cheap package, pay the invoice by hand with Add Payment, and watch the account appear in the Host Manager. Try Suspend, Unsuspend and Terminate on the service page.
Troubleshooting
Every call is written to Utilities → Module Log (module aiopanel); press View for the request and the answer. A failed create, suspend or unsuspend also e-mails the administrators.
